Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrive Bengaluru

Upon leaving the aircraft at Bengaluru Airport, follow the signs for passport control and baggage
collection. Complete the immigration formalities, collect your checked luggage, and clear customs.
Then proceed to the arrival area and you will be greeted by our company representative and
assisted with transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 | Bengaluru

Start your day with a peaceful morning walk at Lalbagh Botanical Garden, followed by a photo stop
at the grand Vidhana Soudha - Karnataka’s legislative building. Visit the iconic Bull Temple, then
explore science and innovation at the Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum. Head to
the Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace to experience Indo-Islamic architecture. Afterward, unwind at
Cubbon Park, then shop for souvenirs at the bustling Commercial Street. End the day with a royal
visit to Bangalore Palace before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 | Bengaluru - Mysore (150 Kms / 2.5 Hrs)

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel, begin your scenic drive toward Mysore - the cultural
capital of Karnataka. On the way, visit the historic town of Srirangapatna, once the stronghold of
Tipu Sultan, where you can explore the Ranganathaswamy Temple, Daria Daulat Bagh (Tipu’s
Summer Palace), and the Gumbaz Mausoleum. After soaking in the rich history, proceed to Mysore.
In the evening, visit the spectacular Brindavan Gardens, famous for its illuminated fountains. After
enjoying the serene night ambiance, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Mysore.

Day 4 | Mysore

Start your day with a drive up to Chamundi Hills to visit the sacred Chamundeshwari Temple and
enjoy panoramic views of Mysore city. Then head to the beautiful St. Philomena’s Church, one of the
tallest churches in Asia, known for its Neo-Gothic architecture. Continue to the lively Devaraja
Market, a bustling bazaar filled with local spices, flowers, and Mysore silk. Next, explore the majestic
Mysore Palace, a stunning blend of Indo-Saracenic architecture, rich interiors, and royal history.
Later in the afternoon, visit the Jagan Mohan Palace and Art Gallery, home to an impressive
collection of traditional and modern Indian art. Spend some relaxed time in the evening or shop for
souvenirs. Return to your hotel for a pleasant overnight stay in Mysore.

Day 5 | Mysore – Hassan (115 kms / 2.5 hrs)

Begin your drive toward Hassan, a region known for its rich Hoysala heritage. En route, stop at
Shravanabelagola, a revered Jain pilgrimage site, to see the awe-inspiring 57-foot monolithic statue
of Lord Bahubali, perched atop Vindhyagiri Hill.

In the afternoon, explore the exquisite Belur Temple, renowned for its intricate carvings and
Dravidian architecture. Next, visit the nearby Halebidu Temple, once the Hoysala capital, featuring
detailed sculptures depicting Hindu mythology. Soak in the architectural beauty and historical
grandeur of both sites. Arrive in Hassan by evening, check into your hotel, and rest for an overnight
stay.

Day 6 | Hasan – Hampi (300 km / 06 hrs)

After an early breakfast, begin your long but scenic drive from Hassan to Hampi, the gateway town
to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hampi. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you leave behind the
lush hills of Hassan and travel toward the rocky terrains of northern Karnataka.

On arrival at Hospet, check into your hotel and take some time to relax and unwind. In the evening,
you may choose to enjoy a quiet walk around the town or simply rest after the journey. Prepare for
the next day's full-day exploration of Hampi, the once-magnificent capital of the Vijayanagara
Empire. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Hampi/Hospet.

Day 7 | Hampi

After breakfast, set out to explore the spectacular ruins of Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage site
steeped in history and architectural brilliance. Begin your day at the sacred Virupaksha Temple, one
of the oldest functioning temples in India. Then visit the iconic Elephant Stables and the elegant
Queen’s Bath, showcasing Indo-Islamic architecture. Continue to the majestic Vittala Temple,
famous for its stone chariot and musical pillars and stroll through the vibrant Hampi Bazaar, once a
bustling market during the Vijayanagara Empire. Explore the grand Achyutaraya Temple and the
beautifully carved Hazara Rama Temple, which features intricate panels depicting Ramayana scenes.
After a fulfilling day of history and heritage, return to your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay in
Hampi/Hospet.

Day 8 | Hampi - Badami (140 Kms / 03 Hrs)

After finishing breakfast, begin your drive from Hampi to Badami, a journey rich in history and
architectural wonders. On the way, stop at Pattadakal - a UNESCO World Heritage Site located on
the banks of the Malaprabha River. This ancient temple complex showcases a unique blend of
Dravidian and Nagara architectural styles and served as a royal coronation site for Chalukya kings.

Next, visit Aihole, often referred to as the "Cradle of Indian Temple Architecture," and explore its
many historic temples—especially the beautifully preserved Durga Temple, known for its apsidal
structure and intricate carvings. Continue your journey to Badami, the former capital of the Chalukya
dynasty. On arrival, explore the famous Badami Cave Temples, carved into red sandstone cliffs and
featuring impressive sculptures of Hindu gods, Jain figures, and deities. After a day filled with
heritage and history, proceed to your hotel in Badami.

Day 9 | Badami – Hubli (110 km / 02 hrs). Flight to Bengaluru

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to the airport
in time to board your flight for your onward journey to Bengaluru.
