Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrive Mumbai

Upon leaving the aircraft at Mumbai International Airport, follow the signs for passport control and
baggage collection. Complete the immigration formalities, collect your checked luggage, and clear
customs.

Then proceed to the arrival area and you will be greeted by our company representative and assisted
with transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 | Mumbai – Rajkot (FIight), drive to Sasan Gir (170 Kms / 3.5 hrs)

Transfer to airport to board flight for Rajkot.
Upon arrival drive to Sasan Gir and check in at your Hotel.
Gir National Park: Established in 1965, Gir National Park and Lion Sanctuary is situated at Sasan Gir, in
the south-west of Saurashrea Peninsula, in Junaghad District of Gujarat. It was primarily established
as a forest reserve to conserve the Asiatic lion, and was declared a national park in 1974. The Gir
National Park and Lion Sanctuary is collectively known as the Gir Protected Area. It is spread over an
area of 130,000 hectares. Rough and steep rocky hillside covered with mixed deciduous forests
encircle the park. The park is home to over 300 lions

Day 4 | Sasan Gir – Gondal – Dasada (350 Kms / 07 hrs)

Early morning drive to Dasada. Enroute sightseeing of Gondal visiting Naulakha Palace and Royal
Garage.
Naulakha Palace
Naulakha Darbargadh Palace was built during the 17th century. This palace is one of the oldest and the
most beautiful palace in Gondal. This palace is situated on the banks of the river on a grand masonry
base, rising about 30 meter above the river bed.
Royal Garage
The Royal Garage has an extensive collection of vintage and classic cars from 1910 to 1955, limousine
and sports cars from 1950 and 1960, American cars from 1940 and 1950, and a fleet of four-wheel drive
vehicles from the World War II and post-war period.
Continue drive to Dasada.

Day 5 | In Dasada

The Wild Ass Sanctuary, home to the last of the Indian wild ass, is the largest wildlife sanctuary in
India. It's spread over almost 5,000 square kilometers. The sanctuary was set up in 1973 to protect the
endangered wild ass. These creatures look like a cross between a donkey and a horse. They're slightly
bigger than a donkey, and are fast and strong like a horse. You'll find many other kinds of wildlife at
the sanctuary, such as wolves, desert foxes, jackals, antelopes, and snakes. It's close to wetlands, so
there are plenty of birds as well.

Morning Game drive in the wild ass sanctuary.
In the afternoon visit the local village and explore the handicraft, weaving skills and beadwork of the
local community.

Day 6 | Dasada – Mount Abu (220 Kms / 4.5 hrs)

Drive to Mount Abu
The hill station is a very quaint resort town patronized by the British who were very instrumental in
laying down the plans for its development which were responsible for its present day form. Home to
summer residences of many erstwhile rulers still, it manages to retain that old colonial charm.
Historically Mt. Abu dates back many, many centuries with respect to the various dynasties that ruled
the region, each leaving their own indelible mark.
Afternoon visit the famous Delwara temples.

Day 7 | Mount Abu– Bera (100 kms / 2.5 hrs)

Drive to Bera.
Bera, quintessentially an abode for people in search for tranquil moments amidst the wild. A place
which has retained its pristine beauty, where one can experience the true, unadulterated glory that
nature has to offer. Nestled in the Arravali ranges, one cannot help but get lost in its landscapes. This
range lends a beautiful, serene and tranquil backdrop to ones stay at one of the country’s premier
leopard getaway destinations.
Leopard lair is a haven for the Indian Leopard. The terrain is a mix of forest and rocky outcrops
adjoining the villages. The rounded boulders make an easy abode for the leopard.

Day 8 | In Bera

Morning and evening Game drives around Bera to spot the leopards.

Day 9 | Bera – Ranakpur – Udaipur (150 Kms / 03 hrs)

Drive to Udaipur and visit Ranakpur enroute..
Watermarked by whimsy and splendour, the Venice of the East holds stage as one of India’s truly
seductive cities. Udaipur is an international destination unto itself, with splendid Lake Pichola lapping
against shimmering white buildings, and the Aravalli hills closing in to savour the view.
The centrepiece of the city is the floating Lake Palace – brash enough for a Bond film (parts of
Octopussy were filmed here), yet refined enough for his majesty’s pleasure. Packed with princeliness
and passion, Udaipur is raw Rajput dreaming, with palaces, havelis and temples at every turn.

Day 10 | In Udaipur

Drive to Udaipur.
Explore the city’s attractions and later boat ride on lake Pichola.
Afternoon free at leisure.

Drive to Bundi.
Visit Chittorgarh enroute.

Day 12 | Bundi – Ranthambore (150 Kms / 03 hrs)

Morning sightseeing of Bundi and visit Bundi fort and stepwells.
Drive to Ranthambore.

Ranthambore National Park has the world famous tiger reserve & spread over 1334 sq kilometers.
There is plenty of flora and fauna to watch out for in the Tiger sanctuary.There are more than 300
species of trees, 50 aquatic plants, over 300 species of birds, 50 aquatic plants and 30 mammals,sloth
bear, wild boar, Chinkara, Porcupines and Jackals, Leopards, Jungle cat, marsh crocodile, Sambhar,
Chital, Nilgai, Gazelle, Boars, Mongoose, Indian hare, Monitor lizards and large number of birds apart
from the tigers which are the major attractions of this wonderful national park.
